It is really painful. I purchased the product in June and was delivered in the first week of July, but till now no technician has arrived from Eureka Forbes even after calling them up everyday. I am tired and would request Amazon to discontinue selling Eureka Forbes products as their post sell support is pathetic. I would strongly recommend people not to be trapped by Eureka Forbes and buy their products.

This is the best purifier out there for the price. The water comes out sweet. The delivery happened on the mentioned date. Called up Aquaguard customer care and he came the very next day for installation. The water is sweet and pure. Just go for it.

No support for installation from Eureka forbes. Waited till 2 months that representative will come and install no one reached . Installed by third party. After 1 week stopped working not powering on . Complained no response. If we call to customer care says we will come and sort out but no one turned up from last 2 months . Device idle . Fully upset with Eureka Forbes .Wrong decision to purchase Eureka forbes No support .

The product is good, however the maintenance is quite high, the first year warranty does not cover the filter which is of 4500.

Pros: First of all super sonic delivery by Flipkart, always admirable, the product was packed good and as per the picture.
Con: It doesn't come with free demo and installation, this is basic requirement for any of similar product. Dear Flipkart, use commonsense, your warranty is linked with installation. Be careful guys.
